Thank you for visiting our website, CCS owner Anthony Perez has been in the construction industry since 1979 and became licensed in 1989, since then he has obtained ‘five’ different construction classifications from the state of California including the prestigious A-1 engineering license, Mr. Perez has accomplished everything from owning and running a plumbing company to pouring huge commercial concrete foundations and retain walls and the design and construction of custom swim pools, outdoor kitchens and landscapes. In about 2006 Mr. Perez made the decisions to phase out all larger complex construction work to concentrate on becoming a multiple task home inspector and ‘green’ adviser/contractor assisting people saving energy and water consumption inside the home as well as the landscaping and swim pools.

Since then he has been studying California license laws and residential/commercial building codes and took the examination for the highest regarded certificates, the International Code Council (ICC) and obtained two certified inspector classifications. Mr. Perez has also obtained a certificate as a real estate inspector and is certified with NACHI and HIF and continues his education in building sciences, green building and other important environmental categories, see our achievements and certificates on the site, we shall continue our education for the next few years and become certified in anything and everything green including heating water and producing your own electricity by way of solar power.
